Pear Sauce


6 ripe pears
2 T. cinnamon

We had several organic pears that were mealy and very soft. So...I ground them up in the food processor and added lots of cinnamon. It is delicious! Give it a try, and tell me what you think. Of course, half the excitement is putting it in a blue mason jar! :)
