Snow ice cream. This stuff is amazing. The boys had a lot of fun with the process too, of course. Outdoor photo credits go to Mama, she took them for me. :)
Snow Ice Cream
12 cups freshly fallen snow
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/3-1/2 c. maple syrup
Mix together the cream, salt, and vanilla before adding the snow. Fold the snow into the other ingredients.
Serve immediately with ardor. And thoroughly enjoy it. It is full out amazing.
