Nathanael

Here are some photos I took of Nathanael, age 6. He was being a bit goofy, but at least I got a few good shots of him, the little imp!

Photo-a-Day Week | Day 7

Day #7--I was avidly organizing our candle drawer and had the idea to put a few candles near the sink while I washed dishes. Gillian caught the vision and soon we had candles lining the windowsill. It was so pretty! And it made washing the dishes a whole lot easier.

Well, that ends my Unshod Feet Photo-a-Day Week! I had a lot of fun, and I hope you did too. I'll be back to once a week posting now. Thanks for reading!

Best,

Madeleine

Photo-a-Day Week | Day 6

Day #6--My Grammy came for a weekend visit. It is such a treat to spend time with her.

Photo-a-Day Week | Day 5

Day #5--My closet I created with strong hangers attached to my desk. Old houses always have quirks, such as a room without a closet! :)

Photo-a-Day Week | Day 4

Day #4--After spending time in the snow all of us wedge out hats, scarves and mittens in the radiator and place our boots on a rug underneath. Later in the day, when we wish to use the wrappings once more they are found warm and dry. Ingenious, yes?

Photo-a-Day Week | Day 3

Day #3- A homemade mocha--raw milk, organic whipping cream, 72% cocoa melted chocolate, natural cocoa, natural peppermint stick, and local honey--made by my wonderful parents. Each of us were given a mocha this morning to celebrate New Years Day. It was delish. I'll have to write up the recipe sometime. We stayed cozily inside all day, except for a long walk in the falling snow...the joys of winter.
